John Dowling
John first became known as a prominent Banjo player in the UK when he won the BBC Radio 2 Young Folk awards in London at the age of 18. But he became known internationally as a Banjoist when he became the first person from the UK to win the USA National Bluegrass Banjo Championships held in Winfield, Kansas.
